1. Acceptance of Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

7.2 Responsible Use

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or kash88 may close a kash88 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. In cases of account closure due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms, kash88 reserves the right to withhold all account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to return funds to the original depositing payment method after deducting any losses or costs directly attributable to the breach.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kash88 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy administration charge. The dormancy charge, where applied, is ৳100 per calendar month. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kash88's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim. kash88 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
